ESPAC Initiative Business Model is based on the following instruments and principles for management:
Instruments
• ESPAC Initiative Virtual Meeting Room will serve as a hub for exchanging ideas sorted by topics
• Skype meetings (individual and conference) will be launched when more dynamic discussion is needed
• Limited number of Work Meetings requiring physical presence will be launched after project funding is secured
• E-mail exchange will take place on regular basis
Principals
• Time is of essence
• Opinions are short, focused and suitable for general public use
• Virtual session on specific topic takes no longer than one week, with possible extension of 3 business days
• Partners are equal
• Until funding is secured, ESPAC Initiative is a voluntary contribution to European Community competitiveness and European Public wellbeing
• Personal voluntary time contribution expected not more than 2 hours per a week
